The Internet is not a physical thing, it is a compilation of many documents or websites that hold lots of information. All of this information is connected through different networks that go all throughout the world. Since it is not a physical thing, there is not an actual location for it, but it can be accessed through phones, computers, basically any kind of digital device. There is only one internet, as it is compiled of all of the websites and information in the world. The internet is becoming a collection of everything. Besides holding all of the information in the world, the internet is becoming an easier way to do anything that you could normally do by going to different places, including doing taxes, paying bills, working, etc. The internet is not alive because it is not a physical thing. What I love about the internet is you can do anything you want while sitting at home. You can have a whole career while sitting on a computer at home. Also, you can use it to talk to family who live in a different part of the country. What scares me about the internet is how people can take advantage of you by stealing your information online. The more you put online about yourself, the more vulnerable you are to having something stolen from you.
